Most people these days have heard of NLP. If you have not, it is basically how our mind receives information from our environment, processes it, filters it, gives it meaning which then creates our emotions and hence behaviour.
Our mind stores events in a sequential order. We know we did something yesterday compared to a year ago. Similarly regarding the future. Using this method, we can go back and release negative emotions and limiting decisions or disempowering beliefs.
An emotional version of acupuncture except we don't use needles. With a couple of added innovative ideas and then tapping on certain acupuncture points, negative emotions miraculously disappear.

Standard EFT can be a bit long at times and the whole process is not really necessary so we have a faster way of doing EFT. We dismiss the setup phrase, for example. Although this may save 1-2 minutes per round, it can save us a lot of time during a whole session.

The Super Conscious Mind is in a higher realm than both the conscious and unconscious. We can contact, connect and communicate with it to release all of our negative emotions quickly, easily and safely.
